Digital Download & No-Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital books and downloadable content sold by The Quiet Things at thequietthings.blog.

All digital sales are final

Because digital files can be accessed or copied after delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital file has been delivered. Please review the book description, format, length, price, and device compatibility information before purchasing.

Before you buy

• Digital editions are delivered electronically; no physical book will be shipped.
• EPUB files require a compatible reading app or e-reader. Please check your device supports EPUB before ordering.
• After successful payment, the download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed automatically. If it does not appear, contact us through the Contact page with your order number.
• Keep your Razorpay payment confirmation so your order can be matched. Do not share paid files.

Payment or access problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, or your payment was completed but download access is missing, or the file is materially defective or materially different from the description, contact us through the Contact page with your order details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required under applicable law where one applies.

Legal rights

This policy does not exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that requirement takes precedence over this policy.
